I have had 6 open houses and have had great feedback! A few, 8 Realtors have stopped by at the open houses. BUT, not one call by a Realtor to show! Not one! Neighbors, whom i do not know, came by and asked if I was being "shut out" by Realtors. No doubt that I am! How do you combat that? I am selling a trully one of a kind home as a FSBO. I have had 6 open houses and have had great feedback! A few, 8 Realtors have stopped by at the open houses. BUT, not one call by a Realtor to show! Not one! Neighbors, whom i do not know, came by and asked if I was being “shut out” by Realtors. No doubt that I am! How do you combat that?
